(sq footage, bedrooms, baths, style, levels, etc...)
*Make note of view locations from property
*Fax, Email, or Call Jeff Andrews CHD to start the process
Step 2: Retain Jeff Andrews CHD as home designer
*We will discuss step1 in detail and price will be quoted
*Retainer fee is needed to move forward with process at this time
*Concept sketches will be provided based on wish list request and our creative design
Step 3: Review Concept & Phone Conference
*Review concept in detail and setup conference call
*We will provide as many Concept sketches until needs are met
Step 4: Concept Sketch Approved
*Concept then designed into Autocad program
*We will work together on any revisions at this point until floor plan is agreed upon.
Step 5: Style Home (Create Elevations)
*Concept only provided in step3, now elevations drawn to match approved floorplan
*All elevations designed into Autocad program
*We will work together on any revisions at this point until the elevations are agreed upon.
Step 6: Floor Plan and Elevations Approved
*One of our highly skilled draftsmen will create all drawings for construction
*Jeff Andrews personally reviews all plans to ensure extraordinary quality
*Plans now ready for any pre-bidding and structural engineering.
